TILLD is the retail system for independent grocers, butchers and cash-&-carries. One stock number across your counter, your website, delivery apps and post — and an ordering brain that works out what to buy before you run out.

How it works

1 · Photograph the delivery note. Every line is read, matched to your products and queued for you to confirm. Nothing books itself in unchecked.
2 · One stock ledger. Every sale, delivery, write-off and count writes a line to it. Your stock number is the sum of its movements — never an estimate.
3 · Every channel reads the same number. Counter, website, delivery apps, UK-wide post. A sale at the till changes what your website will sell.

Stock that is actually right

Because it is built from movements, not typed in. Count the shelf and the difference is measured as shrink instead of quietly disappearing.

Ordering that thinks

It knows the days you sold out do not mean nobody wanted it, that a promotion week is not your normal rate, and that you buy in cases and not in singles.

Keep the till you own

Your existing receipt printer and cash drawer work with it. Your barcode scanner works with it. You are not buying hardware to change software.

Where it is up to

TILLD is running in real shops and is not generally available. We are taking on shops a few at a time so each one is set up properly — the catalogue, the costs, the suppliers — rather than handing over a login and wishing you luck.
