TILLD is not generally available. It is in private release with a small number of shops. These terms cover that arrangement and the waiting list; a full agreement is issued separately to each shop before it goes live.

Who these apply to

These terms are between SwitcherMate Ltd and anyone using tilld.ai — chiefly people joining the waiting list. Shops using the platform are additionally covered by the written agreement they sign with us, which takes precedence wherever the two differ.

The waiting list

Joining is not an order, a contract, or a promise of a place. We will contact you when we have capacity, and we may not be able to take every shop.
There is no charge, and no obligation on you at all.
Ask us to remove you at any time and we will, promptly.

What we do not promise

We are direct about this because the alternative is small print. While TILLD is in private release we do not offer a service-level guarantee on this website, and features described here may change before general release. What a shop actually gets is set out in its own agreement, not on this page.

Your shop's data is yours

Everything a shop puts into TILLD — its catalogue, its stock records, its customers — remains that shop's. We do not sell it, we do not use one shop's data to benefit another, and a shop can ask for an export of it at any time.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access another shop's data, disrupt the service, or use it to break the law. We will suspend access where that happens.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, and in relation to the website and the waiting list specifically, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Liability in relation to the platform itself is dealt with in each shop's agreement.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
